Founder’s Story
ERP Custom Solutions was founded on a simple belief: Organizations deserve technology solutions that truly work for them. With over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, I have dedicated my career to helping businesses streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and unlock the full potential of their technology investments.
My journey began as a Software Engineer supporting HR and Payroll systems, later evolving into roles where I became known for bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders. Over time, I led teams through complex system migrations, data integrations, and process optimizations, guiding clients across industries including healthcare, finance, energy, retail, and media. As cloud technologies such as Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and Workday gained momentum, I expanded my focus to help organizations transition seamlessly into modern, scalable solutions.
